RoHS Directive

What is RoHS Directive?

~Restriction of Hazardous Substances

Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment posed by EU

The details are;

- Lead: less than 1,000 ppm
- Mercury: less than 1,000 ppm
- Cadmium: less than 100 ppm
- Hexagonavalent Chromium: less than 1,000 ppm
- Polybrominated Biphenyl(PBB): less than 1,000 ppm
- Polybrominated Diphenyl Ether(PBDE): less than 1,000 ppm

Since the restriction was set in July 1st, 2006, “any product containing these substances above a certain level has been banned from being sold in EU member countries.”
A similar restriction was set in China as “Chinese RoHS” in March 2007 for electrical and electronic equipment excluding white goods.

All our products comply with the restriction and are reliable to use.
